Seeing is Believing: MicroStrategy fans get ready for warp speed
By Rik Tamm-Daniels April 19, 2017
I recently celebrated 2 years with Paxata, and in that time, I’ve spoken with many partners and customers about core data challenges that have made enterprise data prep a strategic and transformative initiative for so many companies. And I’ve shown them how fast and easy Paxata makes everything from data profiling to data integration to data cleansing. The “showing them” part is one of the most important and exciting parts of what I do, as our vision sounds great on the surface, but it’s not until someone sees Paxata that they truly understand how far we’ve come in terms of democratizing access to data. And that’s why I’m so excited about MicroStrategy World this week in Washington, D.C..
In partnership with Data Meaning, a certified MicroStrategy and Paxata solution partner, and utilizing the Paxata Connect framework and MicroStrategy’s newly released Dataset API, we’ve built game-changing connectivity that for the first time makes it possible for actual business users (not shadow IT) to get their data from data source to visualization in MicroStrategy without data modeling, scripting or any IT involvement.
(More about our partnership can be found in this Paxata Press Release.)
But the story doesn’t stop there. Thanks to Paxata’s ClickToPrep API, end users have 100% transparency into how data was prepared and can easily make changes and refresh data in MicroStrategy, again with no IT involvement, and without sacrificing governance, security and scale.
Paxata and MicroStrategy are now delivering enterprise-ready, trusted insights at warp speed! I encourage you to check out videos of the integration to see what we mean.
MicroStrategy customers, get ready to take your data-driven mission to the next level! And thanks to fantastic partner support at MicroStrategy, the MicroStrategy community will have ample opportunities at MicroStrategy World to learn about this solution and see it in action at the Paxata Booth (#300). See you all in DC!
